California senior Travis Fleming produced a drop of nearly 25 seconds from his entry time to post the fastest qualifying mark of 1:57.52 in the boys 800 at the North Coast Section Tri-Valley Area Championships at Foothill High in Pleasanton, advancing to the Meet of Champions.
